The BCH Sleep Corpus consists of 15,695 full-night pediatric PSG recordings from Boston Children’s Hospital, including:
- EEG, EOG, EMG, ECG, respiratory effort, airflow, SpO₂, EtCO₂, and more
- EDF format (raw recordings)
- HDF5 format (harmonized, downsampled)
- Event annotations for sleep stages, arousals, respiratory events, and limb movements
This repository includes scripts to reproduce the plots in the manuscript.
