This package provides some additional perl/shell scripts that can be used either in conjunction with my neuroanatomy AnalysisSuite or as a standalone.

The most interesting scripts are probably:

  * munger.pl used to control image registration from the command line.  See http://flybrain.mrc-lmb.cam.ac.uk/dokuwiki/doku.php?id=warping_manual:custom_command_lines_for_munger.pl
  * callmungereasygui.py - a very simple cross-platform python GUI to run munger.pl
  * bioradinfo.pl - information about biorad PIC format files
  * ailinkedfiles.pl - used to manage linked files in Adobe Illustrator documents
