Make the plugin alive again

Removed the dependency to xbmcswift2, added 'routing' as a dependency in order to handle routes in a simple way and added a basic storage system based on pickle.

I can watch some stuff just fine, provided it can be found in the popular or new releases categories. Otherwise browsing of titles is just broken.
@cttynul fork is good in this regard instead, but it makes the whole program hang when trying to quit a video.

Both also have "kodi's loading circle" appear on the center of the stream until you click with RMB once, and they have glitchy seeking (every time you try to fast forward or backwards.. you will always just move forward of 10 seconds).

Plugin doesn't work with new release of Kodi (19.0 matrix), can't install (wrong dependencies)...
