Add Bluesky AuthorCard + Tutorials on Meta Ad Library API and metatargetr

Description

This pull request adds the following contributions:

  • Bluesky field support for AuthorCard:

    • Updated the component to allow Bluesky profile URLs in the same manner as Twitter, Mastodon, etc.
  • Two new tutorials in the data analysis section:

    1. Meta Ad Library API – An in-depth guide to retrieving ad data programmatically, including search parameters, use cases, and pagination.
    2. metatargetr – A hands-on tutorial for using the metatargetr R package to retrieve and analyze Meta ad targeting data, with a practical case study using DHS ads.

These additions enhance the utility and accessibility of the Data Knowledge Hub for researchers and practitioners analyzing (political) ads and platform transparency.
