- More parameters of spectrum appearance can be set via resource XML (width, colors)
- Fix: Comparison of appearance names with String.equals instead of matches (allow for example braces in the names)

Hello,
the pull request adds a "Spectrum color scheme" entry to the preferences menu. The schemes I created are examples, I don't claim they are beautiful. A bit more colorful and more contrast than the original blue/blue scheme from you which is still selected by default.
