Scrape your address and transaction notes out of etherscan
- Open Google Chrome;
- On a new tab go to chrome://extensions
- Enable Developer Mode by clicking the toggle switch next to Developer mode
- Click the Load unpacked button and select the extension directory
After these steps the extension will appear in Google
