- Backend: Added DELETE /api/notes/{path} endpoint that deletes note from filesystem and index
- Frontend: Added deleteNote() API function with proper error handling
- Frontend: Created DeleteConfirmationDialog component for user confirmation
- Frontend: Integrated delete flow into MainApp with toast notifications
