It bugged me that I had to put my CoffeeScript files inside the Resources directory, so I reworked the plugin to look for .coffee files in a directory named 'src' and compile them into the Resources dir. The directory tree under src is preserved in Resources.
Ideally, the source directory location would be configurable, but I haven't had a chance to put that in yet.
