this makes build faster, afaik everything keeps working. No downsides

I would really appreciate if you don't close my pr as soon as you think it isn't good, since I can't reopen pr and I have to create a new one (which loses all comments and makes it less convenient).

  1. I think it is most likely an issue on your side. Probably you switched from master to my branch, which invalidated all cache (since it wasn't up to date with master), so your gradlew clean test had to rebuild all those modules. Configuration cache can't take this long to store, it is basically just a serialization of tasks. On my benchmark it was faster

  1. I agree with this for every commit, but the first one. Pr has a description and I think it is obvious what was done in this commit

  2. If there is a reason - pls explain it

  3. Agree, my bad, didn't check agp version default
