Adding a
.gitignorefile for Python. x-ref bionitio-team/bionitio#79This file is stolen from another project and is mostly the boilerplate file GitHub file. Much of it is irrelevant as a result, but shouldn't hurt (happy to strip out the more obscure stuff like Django if you think it's a problem).
