Includes detection of which arch to download DepotDownloader for
Avoids potential race conditions where an older run takes longer than a newer one and overwrites pushed images.
This should make the sed configuration changes more reliable as we ensure the launcher.toml is always up-to-date because new settings will be added to a potentially already existing launcher.toml (in case it's mounted via Docker for example).
