Opening this PR to new branch
pluginto not disturb the website in production. These changes containerize the leaderboard as a stand-alone plugin for use in the Warnet game https://github.com/bitcoin-dev-project/battle-of-galen-ersoIt does not require initialization by an admin, but an admin (with admin key set as environment variable) can still be used to award points on the fly.
