zenohdの Dockerfile を arm64/macOS 向けに使えるように修正しました！macOS ネイティブでの
mix testは不可だったので，主に私のためにメモを残すことにしました．mix deps.getをネイティブで実行したときに取得される zenohex binary が macos 向けになってしまうのでどうにもならん感じです,,,
