Add a working stack-nixos.yaml for NixOS. Possibly, it could be merged into the current stack.yaml, but since I don't know the use case for the docker image in there then adding it as a separate file.
stack build --stack-yaml=stack-nixos.yamlbuilds all packages successfully.
