This allows in-place editing of files to a tmp file that is then transparently uploaded to S3. Much easier than s4cmd get + vim + s4cmd put.

Hey, I know it's been forever since this PR was opened, but it looks like there's recently been some new life breathed into this repo by a new maintainer, so I was wondering if another look could be taken at this :) I use this feature in my fork all the time and I'd love to get it upstreamed. |
