This update helps us in the following ways: 1. Blobs are now identified by schemas, clarifying permissions and the blobs namespace 2. Blobs constraints are now specified by schemas (maxSize, allowed mime types) 3. It's now clear when to decache blobs as their relevence is 1:1 with records
