Update IPU MEV-TS supported versions list with 2.0.0.11126

@bn222 CI for this repo is failing with below error. Doesn't seem like it is related to our change. I have seen this issue before. It usually happens due to a python version mismatch. For example if you have both python 3.9 and 3.11 installed in your container, then setuptools would be installed in one but trying to find install records under another
