This code concerns statistical analysis for the NGS variants validated by Sanger data.
Notebook 'sanger-statistscs.ipynb' references two Excel tables, 'mgg3748-sup-0004-tables3.xlsx' from Supporting information of Zheng, J. et al. (2019) (doi: 10.1002/mgg3.748) and 'save_data_article.xlsx' from the own dataset belonging to Evogen LLC.
