add support of security audits (readonly)

• security center tab (read-only)
• session security report tab (with session sensitive behavior catalog)
• architecture & configuration security report tab (with basic configuration check)
• report export

• add support for skill scanning
• add support to provide suggestions in agents page for better practice acceptance
