With autobedlevel enabled on prusa i3 hephestos (1st gen). However after send G28 gcode command the encoder stop working. Display and serial interface still working fine.

There is an error in commit description: I wanted to write G28.

From what I can see, it's not so much the G28 command that's causing the encoder to crash but rather the M280 command.
As soon as the servo is triggered in any way the encoder stops responding, but as you mention the diplay and serial interface still work as expected....

From what little I've looked in to it so far it would appear that commenting out the "PROBE_SERVO_DEACTIVATION_DELAY" the encoder no longer crashes, but the probe arm is instead locked in one place and will not move at all.
