…hanges are isolated to the readme, and there's no changeset updates since all changes are constrained to the readme - extremely happy to change anything here as desired

Currently, the README states that running on a local browser requires you to switch LOCAL to BROWSERBASE in stagehand.config.ts
This file location is now index.ts, and it should be BROWSERBASE to LOCAL
This PR updates the readme with these changes
This fixes issue #25
