Fair Ranking with Missing Modalities for Clinical Trial Site Selection

In order to run the code to reproduce the synthetic results, perform the following steps

run synthetic_utils/create_invs.py
run synthetic_utils/simulate_trials.py
run each of the files in the synthetic_train_scripts directory (may be run in parallel)
run all 3 of the synthetic_compute_metrics files
run synthetic_gen_plots.py or otherwise manually view the results
