This is a breaking change so the plugin to be updated to version 2.0.0 With php 8.3 support coming to an end next week, and 8.4 throwing deprecation warnings it might be a good idea to get this merged |

Goal
To use the v3 of the Bugsnag PHP SDK.
Design
I have just replaced the necessary functions and tried to keep as much as possible from the old implementation.
Changeset
Upgraded the Bugsnag PHP SDK to v3, and implemented the new client and meta data reporting.
Testing
I have tested it on a test environment against a test project in bugsnag.
