eslint.config.mjs imports @eslint/js and globals, but after bumping ESLint to v10 these are no longer present in package-lock.json (they were previously transitively provided). As-is, npm run lint will fail with module-not-found errors. Add @eslint/js and globals as explicit devDependencies (and regenerate the lockfile).
