This PR aims to enable Hyprlua as a Hyprland plugin.

  • Adds Hyprlua as Hyprland Plugin
  • Adds a watcher for hyprland.lua
  • Refactors documentation to use LuaCATS instead of native ldoc for lsp compatibility
