💡 What: Replaced element-wise mutation in @Published arrays (scanResults, nodeModulesItems) with functional .map reassignments.
🎯 Why: Mutating an element inside a @Published array triggers a UI notification on every iteration. This optimizes bulk selection operations by batching updates into a single notification.
📊 Impact: O(1) UI updates per mass-selection operation instead of O(N) updates, significantly reducing main thread blockages and layout recalculations.
🔬 Measurement: Observe CPU usage and UI responsiveness during "Select All" actions on large result sets.
