Added Live Templates (snippets equivalent) for JetBrains IDE.

The title speaks for itself.

I found frustrating that there were snippets available for VSCode but not for WebStorm.

I created them manually in WebStorm copying them from the snippets.json file.

I then exported them using WebStorm export feature so future user can simply import them without having to manually copy them.

Let me know if there is anything wrong with the README or feel free to fix it directly.
