This PR adds an explicit
project_repo_branch_nameto the log.tsv, required for #96.Previously, the project repo branch name was only part of the commit message. However, now we want an explicit field. This method updates each entry in the log by extracting the branch name from the commit message and adding it as a new field 'project_repo_branch'.
Note, I also moved all of the methods that update / modify the logs in the output repo to the
OutputRepoclass.
