What this PR does / why we need it:

This PR provides Gherkin feature for new API Blockchain Public Address Validation.

Considers output from Commonalities:

• Remove IDENTIFIER_MISMATCH from testing artifacts Commonalities#479
• Add test for invalid XCorrelator value. Associated to pattern X-Correlator Format Change Commonalities#463 and XCorrelator schema in CAMARA_common.yaml and format checking step in testing template Commonalities#480

And aligned with Commonalities and with other Gherkin Tests in other WGs:

• Use of operationId in the clause 'When the request {operationId} is sent' (for aligment with commonalities API-Testing-Guidelines - request-sending
• @xxx_403.01_invalid_token_permissions test wording refactor for aligment with other Gherkin Tests in other WG

NOTE: Applied Commonalities/pull/472 to skip Feature name length problem
