Copy the debian/copyright file from main and remove entries for files which are not vendored on this branch.
The docs directory contains our ReadTheDocs documentation. It's online-only and shouldn't part of the source package.
Many of our vendored dependencies do not declare a copyright holder.
licensecheck doesn't detect SPDX identifiers so it reports the wrong license for a lot of files with SPDX identifiers.
