Add my dev scripts

I regularly use these scripts in my daily work. They currently live in a separate repo. I expect them to also be useful for other contributors, so we should consider adding them to the authd repo.

@nooreldeensalah @shiv-tyagi These scripts could also be useful for you, especially the build-* scripts which can be used to build the deb package and broker snaps but also to just build the binaries which can then be installed without rebuilding the full deb/snap for a way shorter build->test feedback loop.
