Add testing snap to CI/CD

This allows us to monitor that there are no obvious issues in a snap environment when releasing by injecting this snap into a testing snap that runs glxinfo and vulkaninfo

I would suggest actually not building the snap, but test the version published in the candidate channel of each track. This will allow us to verify tests pass before promoting to stable. And it would be much simpler than attempting to build the snap in CI.

Maybe, though building the snap isn't the part that's causing issues, it's the test snap in a CI/CD environment
