My plan is to wait for all the recent PRs to be merged, then re-test the formatter with the latest changes, merge the huge PR with automatic formatting fixes, and only after that introduce the tool to the whole team. For it to produce only minimal changes upon running on new content.

So far, the test in this PR shows promising results. It's not perfect (a few minor issues that can't be fixed due to Markdown logic limitations), but it's good enough to tolerate a few minor issues in the results.
