Target Ubuntu 26.04 LTS with Python 3.14 and OpenStack Gazpacho: - Bump snap base from core24 to core26 - Update version to 2026.1 - Update PYTHONPATH references from 3.12/3.10 to 3.14 - Update QEMU and libvirt source branches to resolute/updates - Bump libboost stage-packages from 1.74.0 to 1.90.0 - Update pyproject.toml Python version and classifiers - drop pydantic pinning since typing-extentions has been upgraded - Regenerate uv.lock for Python 3.14 - Add create=True for os.memfd_create for Python 3.14 builds - Drop obsolete execstack no longer supported in Ubuntu.
