Additional Considerations

1. Check if the license is valid (if not, write it to the "needs manual review")
2. Check if the license is SPDX format
3. We made 2 separate calls to get the repo & license. Can we reduce that to one

• @Thinking-Dragon I thought you did "https://pkg.go.dev/{}/go-get=1" but you just called the github repo directly with go-get=1
• for my code, I'm calling pkg.go.dev and getting the license there (easier to find & more consistent)
