When should we make it our only type checker? I'm not a fan of our N+1 situation of type checkers right now.

Pretty much every Astral product is still a pre-1.0 product, yet we gladly embrace them as "complete enough". I personally vote that we make the change when ty 0.1.0 drops.

@bepri I'm not sure 0.1.0 is necessarily the right time, but I do agree I'd like to replace both mypy and pyright with ty. Currently mypy and pyright catch a lot of very different issues, but from what I can tell it is a goal for ty to catch the issues from both.
