Hello!

I noticed a discrepancy between two pages on working with documentation:

Contribute to our docs recommends the en-GB variant, provides examples, and links to the Canonical Documentation Style Guide as a justification.

Canonical Documentation Style Guide, on the other hand, mentions that Canonical previously used the UK English, but has changed to the US English, which directly contradicts the previous page.

I suggest reconciling the two pages - i.e., replacing mentions of en-GB with en-US and changing all the instances of the en-GB text with en-US text.

Please see the contents of this pull request for specific changes.

Thank you.

Changed the section of the preferred variant of the English language in accordance with the Canonical Documentation Style Guide.
Replaced the remaining instances of en-GB with en-US on the page.

Hello @SkyOfSteel! Sorry for the delay, and thanks for the PR - it's super helpful. Following this, I do have a task to convert the documentation to US English.
