Introduces a GitHub Actions workflow for building and deploying the application to AWS ECS on pushes to the dev branch. Adds an ECS task definition JSON for the knowflow-backend service, including container configuration, secrets, health checks, and required roles.
Modified the GitHub Actions workflow for ECS deployment to explicitly use the backend Dockerfile located in the docker directory, ensuring the correct image is built for deployment.
