Replace Java-based Allure 2 CLI with Node.js-based Allure 3 (npx allure@3.1.0) in CI workflows. Add request/response body attachments,AST-extracted assertions, and environment metadata to Allure reports. Fix pytest-env to use defaults so CLI env vars take priority.
