Hi there 👋

Introduction

My name is Carlos Cuño-Gómiz, and I'm a PhD Student in Biomedicine getting started in the world of coding. I'm currently working in Liver Immunology, and I'm particularly interested in sex-dependent differences.

Cytometry in R

  • Location: Barcelona (Spain)
  • Favourite fluorophore: RB613 (yeah, I'm not into classical dyes :) )
  • Previous coding experience: mostly R (ggplot, Seurat and Autospectral), but at a very basic level.
  • What I hope to learn in this course: both cytometry and informatics knowledge, since my knowledge in both fields is relatively basic and mostly self-taught.
