Fix gcc13 build
in eigenvectors and SVD results. For example, if an eigenvector had a different sign than expected, then the test would fail.
Fixed failing linearAlgebra test. This failure was due to sign ambiguity in eigenvectors and SVD results. For example, if an eigenvector had a different sign than expected, then the test would fail.
