C.A.S.P.E.R is a team of 4 teens who decided to develop this project for the NASA Space Apps Cairo COVID-19 Challenge. The project uses an exponential function as well as other metrics to determine how serious and aware a countery is in regards to COVID-19.
The acronymn stands for COVID Awareness and Seriousness Per Each Region.
