This PR removes the release-please automation workflow and its associated changelog file from the repository. The change eliminates automated release management tooling that was previously configured to handle versioning and changelog generation.
- Removes the entire release-please GitHub Actions workflow
- Deletes the existing changelog file containing the initial v1.0.0 release entry
