This PR updates the roadmap to shift focus toward harness and project enablement, adding features for data sanitization, issue tracker integration, auto-remediation, and harness backtesting.

ROADMAP.mdto reposition Primer away from engineer coaching/surveillance toward developer enablement via harness + environment fixes, including renaming the “Engineer Intelligence” section and adding explicit messaging about being a developer ally.Adds/reshapes strategic priorities around enterprise security & trust (capture-layer secret/PII/IP redaction, transcript cold storage), closed-loop auto-remediation (Primer opening PRs to fix repo context / remove dead-weight tools), issue tracker integration, and harness simulation/backtesting to validate harness changes against past sessions. It also adjusts roadmap status/priority callouts for several harness-metrics items (e.g., per-tool reliability, harness fingerprinting, context quality scoring) to reflect planned work.
