Update indexes source for table updates

This ensures the UI always stays up-to-date with the source, even if the tables are updated mutably.

It is common practice to have the table input to indexes() contain table values. This change can potentially cause many redundant updates and significantly reduce performance. Instead of relying on table mutations, I think it preferable to use sources within those tables instead.
