What this PR does / why we need it:
This PR adds the "ingressClassName" key to specify the Ingress Controller implementation in the Helm chart.
The "className" key in the Ingress section of a Helm chart is needed to specify the specific Ingress Controller implementation to handle requests for a Kubernetes cluster.
