Dwoskin's template with bugfixes

Updated from Jeffrey Dwoskin's original template:

• Fixed a small bug with \printmode where phantomsection was being called even when hyperref was not loaded.
• Updated for symmetrical pdf layouts rather than book-type asymmetrical print layouts.
• Changed 'adviser' to 'advisor'
• Version bump
• Ensure that Abstract is recognized as a section by hyperref
