Summary

This extends the existing branch/PR with a plugin cleanup pass aimed at reducing startup/runtimepath overhead and shrinking the repo footprint.

• vim-javascript

Also changed

• removed matching config blocks from vimrcs/plugins_config.vim
• removed the deleted plugins from update_plugins.py

Notes

• keeps the core git/linting/navigation workflow intact
• local Vim startup smoke test completed without errors
• repo size dropped substantially after removing the unused plugin directories
