Fixes for the task type schedule

Problem
On the task type page, some data and UI issues raised in the schedule merged with the task list

Solution

• Allow task resizing in the task type schedule.
• Hide the schedule if tasks are displayed as a contact sheet.
• Fix the initial scrolling position of the side schedule.
• Fix the height of the table rows to match the side schedule.
• Fix missing timesheets in the task type schedule.
• Fix task sorting on the schedule.
• Fix UI glitch due to custom scrollbar.
• Add a CSS transition to make toggling the schedule smoother.
