Various fixes

Problem

• On the Edit page, the speed button no longer works due to code refactoring.
• Annotations are invisible #1861
• max-width: 400px in ProductionTaskTypes.vue causes overlap in UI #1896
• Some npm dependencies are outdated.

Solution

• Fix the speed button in the player by using the new SpeedButton component.
• Fix the annotations display in the Edit page.
• Fix column overflow in the project settings page.
• Bump npm dependencies.
